Father Jan den Ouden and his 3 sons Arie, Jan-Peter, and Gerard would never introduce c.q. describe themselves as competent, professional and reliable. But they are. And with these characteristics, they built up their company over the past 27 years. They do what they say, it makes them credible. Besides, they are likable.
OTT invested in an MBR installation of Septo. When asked, why Septo?, Den Ouden answers: "we want a supplier who advises us, supports us and delivers technology that we can comprehend". Any different experiences? Den Ouden laughs: " Oh yeah, we have seen them drive by with an expensive car and then come up with a proposal leading to a long-term dependent relation after commissioning. We are prepared to invest but prefer to do as much as possible ourselves.
Are there any more advantages of this MBR technology? “Yes indeed, the low consumption of chemicals and the simplicity of cleaning. Just a push on a button. Only small amounts of cleaning agents are required, available in every supermarket. After two hours cleaning, we switch the installation on again and continue our work. "
